What is Cream of Tartar:
Cream of Tartar, a versatile pantry staple, is rich in potassium, an essential electrolyte that supports hydration and muscle function. Just a pinch can help replenish your body's electrolyte balance, making it an easy and natural way to boost energy, reduce muscle cramps, and maintain overall wellness. Ideal for athletes, busy moms, and anyone on the go, Cream of Tartar is a simple addition to your routine that offers big benefits.

No Fuss Electrolyte powerhouse

Simple go to homemade recipe for a power packed electrolyte drink. Product links below.

Recommend drinking first thing in the morning before coffee and another one in the afternoon to replenish the losses throughout the day.

  • 1/4 tsp Redmond's Mineral Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar powder
  • 1/2 of a fresh lemon (preferred) or 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8-10 oz of filtered water

Why this type of salt:
Redmond’s Real Salt is a natural, unrefined sea salt harvested from an ancient seabed in Utah, packed with over 60 trace minerals that are essential for your body’s health. Unlike heavily processed table salts, Redmond’s salt retains its natural mineral content, providing a more balanced and flavorful way to season your food. These trace minerals, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium, support various bodily functions such as maintaining proper hydration, regulating muscle contractions, and promoting overall cellular health.

What are orange bitters:
Orange bitters, made from the peels of bitter oranges and a blend of herbs and spices, have long been used to aid digestion. The natural compounds in orange bitters stimulate the production of digestive enzymes and bile, which help break down food more efficiently. This can lead to improved digestion, reduced bloating, and relief from indigestion.

Additionally, the bitter components trigger receptors on the tongue that signal the digestive system to prepare for food, enhancing appetite and overall digestive function. For busy individuals, including working moms, a few drops of orange bitters in water can be a simple and natural way to support digestive health.

How to use:
  • Amount: Add 1-2 dashes of orange bitters to a glass of water. A dash is typically about 1/8 teaspoon, so you'll need just a small amount.
  • Drink this mixture 15-30 minutes before a meal. This timing helps to stimulate your digestive system, preparing it for food intake.
  • Alternative Method: You can also add 1-2 dashes of orange bitters to a non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage, such as a sparkling water or a mild cocktail, and sip it before your meal.
